LondonCats, the UK’s biggest cat event is back with its International Show and heads to Sandown Park in Surrey on the 10th January.
Following the huge success of previous events around the UK in 2019, the team is back in in Surrey for its annual three-day January event. And for the first time ever the public will have the chance to meet the cats in the late afternoon and evening on the Friday. 
The LondonCats Cat Extravaganza event is associated with TICA (The International Cat Association), which sanctions hundreds of cat shows annually across the globe and in 104 countries.
TCIA currently recognises 71 breeds of cats and is the largest registry of pedigree and household pet cats in the world.
Amongst the various different breeds at the cat show, there will be some of your favourites, such as the Bengal, British Short Hair, Main Coon and Sphynx.
On the Saturday visitors will be able to meet every cat lovers favourite author James Bowen and A Streetcat Named Bob who will be signing their bestselling books. James and Bob’s exceptional story has been an inspiration worldwide and the film has become a phenomenon.
For those wanting to give something back to their beloved four-legged friends there will be plenty of ways to spoil them with treats and gifts from the shopping village dedicated to cray cat products. Vendors will include brands such as Bengal Cat World, Katzenworld and Natusan.
The show will be open to the public from 4pm to 9pm on Friday 10th January and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday (11-12th January).
Tickets are available on the door or online, from the LondonCats website. Online prices are £18 for adults, £10 concessions and under 12’s go free. Tickets are valid for the whole weekend.
