Rosewood Pet Products has announced it will open its doors to the public to host a charity sample sale, at its headquarters in Telford.
Following on from the success of Rosewood’s first sample sale in 2018, the event will take place on Saturday 1st February between 9am and 2pm.
Customers will have the chance to pick up a range of dog and cat toys and accessories, as well as treats discounted by up to 90%. A limited selection of products for small animals will also be on sale.
Half of the proceeds will be donated to Lord Taverners, a sports charity supporting disadvantaged and disabled young people, and the other half will go to local charity, Telford Mind.
A proportion of stock will also be sent to local dogs’ home, Hilbrae Dog Kennels and Limitless Rescue, a local animal charity.
Bev Panter, Marketing Director at Rosewood Pet Products, commented: “We’re really excited to be hosting another sample sale, customers were queuing outside the doors and all the stock sold. We often receive enquires from people asking to visit us so this is a great chance for people to come along and see what’s on offer.
“We are donating the proceeds to the Lord’s Taverners charity; one of our staff sadly lost his brother and he had raised a huge amount of money for the charity, so this offered an opportunity for Rosewood to support his fundraising in memory of his brother. Half of the funds will also go to Telford Mind who work to promote and support better mental health locally.
“We will also be setting aside some toys and beds for Hilbrae Dog Kennels who take in stray and unwanted dogs, and local foster-based charity Limitless Rescue, who care for animals in need.”
The sample sale will be open from 9am to 2pm at Rosewood HQ – Unit 9, Hortonwood West, Queensway, Hadley, Telford TFL 6AH.
