Raw dog food company Ethically Raised has researched the most dog-friendly cities for restaurants, cafes and pubs, so owners can ensure their precious pets don’t have to be left behind.
By looking at establishments that have been tagged ‘dog friendly’ in each UK city alongside the average monthly searches for dog-friendly places in each area and ratings of the locations, we could determine the top 10 cities with dog-friendly establishments.

1) Edinburgh: Taking first place is the Scottish capital with around 106 dog-friendly venues; the city has over 600 monthly searches in total for dog-friendly venues, and a bonus is that, on average, the venues scored around an impressive 4.44 rating.
2) Glasgow: Not far behind, and also in Scotland is Glasgow, the city has 51 dog-friendly establishments with a slightly higher average rating of 4.57. The monthly search demand for these places is over 500, with the city in apparent demand for dog-friendly spaces.
3) Manchester: In third place is Manchester, the northern city has 66 dog-friendly hotspots with a fabulous average rating of 4.35. Searches for dog-friendly locations in Manchester are around an average of over 250 monthly.
